LEGAL NOTICE
The website, the works, the rights.
Updated: 13 October 2026
Website operator and purpose
The website is operated by Sauro Tronconi, who is also responsible for its content. Address: Via Lindarola 37, 48018 Faenza (RA), Italia. Contact: info [@] esbooks.it.
Es·Books is the publishing project devoted to presenting and promoting the works of Sauro Tronconi, their editions in different languages and the related lines of research. The website presents both editions bearing the Es·Books imprint and those published by other publishers, respecting the publishing credits and history of each work.
The identification of the website operator concerns the management of the website and its content; it does not change ownership of the brand or rights relating to individual editions.
Buying books
The website does not sell books directly, accept orders or collect payments from readers.
Books can be purchased from the external platforms and bookshops indicated in the respective entries, including Amazon and Google Play Books. The links on the website lead to the services where purchases can be made.
Prices, availability, payments, delivery, any returns and purchase support are governed by the terms of the service used and of the seller identified in the relevant offer. The Es·Books website does not manage the printing, shipping or delivery of books purchased through these links.
No publishing services on behalf of third parties
Es·Books does not offer publication, translation, printing, distribution or promotion services on behalf of other authors and does not collect fees for such services.
The editorial preparation, revision and translation activities described on the website relate exclusively to the works of Sauro Tronconi. Any contacts with publishers and cultural professionals are intended to introduce the works, enable manuscript evaluation and explore possible licensing of the associated rights.
Works and copyright
The works of Sauro Tronconi are protected by Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941, as subsequently amended, with due regard for any rights granted to publishers or other authorised parties.
Any remuneration paid to the author for granting rights to use his works is governed by the respective contracts with publishers and platforms and is separate from payments made by readers to purchase books.
For income derived by the author from the economic exploitation of his own works outside the conduct of a commercial business, the tax reference is Article 53, paragraph 2, letter b), of DPR No. 917 of 22 December 1986, within the limits and under the conditions laid down by the applicable legislation. The classification of individual relationships and remuneration depends on the contracts and the activities actually carried out.
Reporting content and navigation issues
To report an error in the book entries, a rights issue or difficulty accessing content, write to info [@] esbooks.it, indicating the page concerned and giving a brief description of the problem. Avoid attaching unnecessary personal data.
ISBNs and publishing credits
The catalogue brings together different works and formats. An ISBN identifies a specific edition and is not transferred from one format to another. A book’s presence on this website does not change its publisher, identifiers or rights. The project’s brand does not replace the publishing credit of an individual edition.
For catalogue sources and the distinction between manuscripts, translations and publications, see the sources and editorial notes.
